ABOUT MEADOW LANE INTERIORS

Shane O’Neill opened Meadow Lane in 2019 after years of working in both the retail and marketing sectors in order to pursue his love of interior design. Shane took part in an interior design course part-time due to his continued interest in the subject and quickly discovered that many around him were seeking his opinions and views on their home interiors. It became apparent that he had a talented eye and a great capacity to match the products and designs of those that came to him. He quickly became in high demand and was struck by the positive response and the continued desire by people to express themselves in the spaces of their homes.

Shane recognised that there was a much neglected space in the interior and accessories market that could incorporate both high-end luxury, eclectic design and creative individualism. He acknowledged that many people didn’t have access to furniture, accessories and homewares that reflected their own individual tastes and incorporated opulence and affordability. The normal high street and mass produced interior market was becoming increasingly stale and did not adequately reflect the modern customers need for creative expression and desire to make their homes a reflection of themselves. Meadow Lane was born from the need of customers to achieve luxury, elegance and sophisticated taste in their homes that could be achieved without compromising on their own personalities and tastes.

Shane carried on the design tradition first started by his mother Sharon, who had two interior design stores in the area. Shane built his business on the foundations of her well known flare, her loyal customer base and her reputation for design luxury. Meadow Lane based on Irish Street in Ardee was created in an attempt to fuse the modern customers’ need for sophisticated elegance and quirky creativity. There in its showroom, Meadow Lanes’ dedicated, expert staff will liaise with customers to consider their individual spaces and create a design that will satisfy their needs. Shane and his team have a wide range of home furnishings, modern elegant accessories, breathtaking lighting, stunning Irish made homewares that will transform any space into a much needed oasis of luxury and elegance. Meadow Lane sources products from the United Kingdom and Europe. Meadow Lane have carefully fine-tuned their collection of lighting, furniture, homewares and accessories to achieve a style that is timeless and elegant with a dash of individual fun.
