We offer returns on our products. You can find out which items are eligible on the delivery & returns tab on each product page.
Returning an item(s) is quick and easy. You have 14 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.
Please click button below to return an item(s). You will find a list of courier(s) available and full return instructions.
You do NOT need a Meadow Lane account to create a return. Simply enter your order number (with R at the beginning) and post code as entered on order.
Non-Returnable Items: Products purchased during promotional or sale periods are considered final sale and are non-returnable
All Sales Final: We regret to inform you that returns will not be accepted for items included in any ongoing promotions or sales. Please carefully review your selections before completing your purchase
Exchange Policy: While returns are not accepted for promotional or sale items, we do offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of purchase for assistance
Return Eligibility: Regular return policies apply to items not included in any promotional or sale events. Please refer to our standard return policy for details on returning eligible products.
Returns and Restocking Fee:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the delivered products including furniture or mirrors, (not limited to) a restocking fee of 20 percent of the product's value will be charged upon return. Please ensure that the furniture or product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. In cases where goods are delivered boxed with assembly units included, it is important to return the entire package, unassembled, to be eligible for a refund.
Please note: If your order arrives and is not in perfect condition, please contact the shop at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a description of damage/fault as well as images of the packaging. Click here for more information.
If unable to return an unwanted item within 30 days due to Covid-19, we will honour a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of our returns policy. (i.e. they are in a new and unused condition in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this and arrange a late return.
Easy (chargeable) Returns:
If item(s) aren’t eligible for free returns, please note you will have to cover the cost of the return. Follow instructions to make a return:
- Log in to your Meadow Lane account (if you don’t have one please create one here)
- Find the item (s) you wish to return and follow instructions online.
You have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable condition.

Oversized Furniture Returns:
You have 14 days from receipt of your oversized furniture to return it. (Please note large items or special orders receive a credit note or will incur a restocking fee)
The cost to return your oversized furniture is €125. Please note delivery costs incurred by the business or customer will not be refunded.
Items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. If the item has not been returned in a fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refund on the item or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Damaged or faulty items must be reported and signed for as damaged/faulty. If the delivery is signed for unchecked or not as damaged/faulty then you are fully liable for the goods.

In-Store Returns Policy
We reserve the right to refuse any refund if a good is returned to us after 14 days. For a refund to be accepted, you must ensure:
- The items are in good condition (i.e. they must be in saleable condition. If a product has been damaged through no fault of your own the onus will be on you to prove this as stated above)
- The original labels and tags are attached
- You can provide proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt)
Please note: If you are returning a product with no fault, you do not have a legal right to return the goods. We will honour a refund in-store with small items (Credit Note will only be issued for special order on furniture) if made within 14 days and with the required points listed above. Failure to do so will mean refusal of refund.
